Departure Day - Look Out Paris, Here I Come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hectic day today...unfortunately, no photos are allowed..

packing our stuff is like trying to pack a haystack inside a teeny weeny plastic bag..

we needed to wear 2 pieces of clothes inside, plus a sweater and a coat..

so, 2 x 1 x 1 x 12 days = baggages will combust (explode)..

so, all in all..we brought 1 really big bag, 1 medium bag, and 1 small bag...plus 2 carry-on bags(spare) and my backpack..

let's just say it fits nicely in a van..plus 3ppl in the back n bg.Men n Ejat in the front..

we were in a rush to head for the airport..made a short pitstop to bg.Wan's house in damansara.. we had dinner and 1/2 a movie...

bg.Wan also wanted to follow at the drop-off..arrived at around 9.30p.m..checked in (automatically) n checked in our bags (manually)..then we just waited until it was 11p.m..n straight away we went to the departure hall...excited, overwhelmed and a lil' bit sad (coz i had to leave Bobot n Yy) i was seated in the aisle seat(yay!)...

i was definitely dreading the 13hours in flight..n i was right!..

my back hurts, i couldn't sleep, n i finished 3-4 movies just by flying..jeez, i need to b in an aeroplane more often..

after the gruelling hours of tossing n turning, visiting the toilets, eating nasi n snacks n LOTS of orange n guava juice .......................................................................................................................

WE FINALLY ARRIVED PARIS!!!!!!!!!!!

Miri Trip - Day 4

finally, its the day we go back home...yay!!!!!

ate breakfast as usual..we could take our sweet time walking around and shopping...but we had to check-out before 12..
fortunately, 2 rooms were able to check out later in the day, so we dragged our bags to one of my mom's colleague to keep our bags there while we're out shopping..

went to one of the existing shopping mall near our hotel just to see what they had to offer..aunty roslina n yayam was the leader of the group, and my mom n me, dato' sharifah and aunti e followed suit..we stopped by at starbucks firsthand since auntie roslina couldn't start the day without a cup of nescafe..

we decided to walk around by ourselves and meet back at mcdonalds for lunch..of all the shops that were there, mom still went to iSetan..considering there r a lot of them in kl..haishh..mom bought some t-shirt for dad..n for herself..n mine..hehehehe..u gotta b fair rite?

The Stork Has Arrived!!!

at last!!..my mommy cat has given birth to 5 beautiful lil' baby cats...

but since my absence at home, my mom said that they hv opened their eyes and started to walk around the house..eeeeeeeeepppppp!!!!!!!!!

i miss them soo much..when i get home tomorrow, i wanna hug 'em, feed 'em, carry them n bathe them and do all sorts of activities..

this is what yy looks like the last time i came home..guess she misses me sooooooooo muchh!!

Oh My God!

1st of all, i would like to apologize (pls don't start singing one republic's song!) for my absence for the past few weeks..as u all know, i was legally admitted in UiTM..my new alma mater..the 1st week was a lil' bit blurred as i was unaware and unfamiliar to the culture in the university..

on the 4th of January i accidentally lined up for the new student's registration..when i finally found out that i have registered on Saturday(sheesh)...i found myself riding the bus by myself to go back to my faculty and aimlessly trying to find my way around the 3-towered building to embark on a mission to find the Academic Office of Civil Engineering Faculty!..when i finally discovered it, it took a lil while for me to reach the front desk and ask for assistance to register at the faculty...

after many filled forms and queuing up, i finally completed my registration....YAY!!!...

on Hiatus...

im away for the while due to my entrance at uitm..
and im not sure when i'll be able to update this blog..
hopefully soon enough..:D

Miri Trip - Day 3

yesterday (in my last post), was really exhausting so, kelly gave us the opportunity to slow our pace today..
ate breakfast at 7 since we were gonna leave at 9am..today we''re gonna go jungle trekking to the waterfall in the national park...n afterward see the longhouses there...so we took the bus ride to the Lambir National Park..this park is meant to preserve the various species of the rain forest, n when they say preserve it they mean take-1-leaf-out-of-this-place-and-die...

jungle trekking was fun n we get to appreciate different species of plants..there was 1 tree that had a unique local name to it..it was a big tree n there was sign post the stuck in front of it..saying "boah tadak, tarra makann"...hahahaha...seriously, it did say that..

Miri Trip - Day 2

we woke up really early to 'kejar' the breakfast buffet which starts around 5.30 in the morning..believe me, when we arrived, the tables were almost full already..
normally i would eat cereals or get an american breakfast..

we then waited for the bus at 8.30am..coz today we're going to GUA NIAH!!!!or niah caves in english..(if im not this enthusiastic at the end, u'll know why when u get the chance to climb the niah caves..)

Miri Trip - Day 1

On the 16th Oct - 19th Oct my mom and i went to Miri, Sarawak..

my mummy n me went to Miri, Sarawak for 4 days n 3 nights and it was soo hot and..4get it..

mem n i went on a trip to Miri for about 4 days..the temperature was a few degrees higher in KL..but it was exhilirating and fun although it was extremely exhausting..

we arrived on the 16th around 11am at the miri airport.. we straight away went sight seeing..first, we visited a temple..

im not sure abt the whole history of this temple..u need to google it..hey, ppl forget stuff after a few days..im not the only 1 who's forgetful.. :P
